Convertible to different parlour types
For breeds with larger and thicker teats it is recommended to use 252 25.020 with the larger collar cavity. See the table below.

All the liner types can be installed in either stainless steel or light teat-cup shells. It is also recommended to lower vacuum by approximately 2kPa when a heavier cluster has been used previously.

When the cluster is mounted in cleaning brackets during washing, the washing nipples must fit the liner collar opening. Thus when changing rubber liner sizes, the washing nipples must also be changed.
The UNIFLEX rubber-liner range consists of the following variants:

• 252 15.020 collar opening, ø 20
• 252 15.022 collar opening, ø 22
• 252 25.020 collar opening, ø 20 wide bore

The geometrical shaped rubber liner and flexible rubber quality ensures easy attachment with minimal air admission. The liner lip adjusts to teat thickness and shape in order not to restrict milk during the primary milking phase and also preventing air admission at the end of the milking. The very flexible short milk tube means the teat cup easily positions itself on the udder adapting to any variation in teat size and position. When using UNIFLEX mounted with light teat-cup shells it will, in many herds, be an advantage to use the rubber liner 252 15.022. Due to the low claw weight the rubber liner may be positioned higher up on the teats. It is especially important to mount rubber liner 252 15.022 with the larger collar opening in herds with milk-producing tissue all the way through the teats.

The new design of UNIFLEX rubber liner means easy attachment to the udder regardless of teat size and position.
The short pulsation air lines are relatively long increasing cluster flexibility.
UNIFLEX rubber liner is suitable for both steel and light teat-cup shells.
This ensures the ideal weight for any herd can be chosen.
The short milk tube has been made highly flexible by advanced construction and material selection. This flexibility is achieved without compromising vacuum fluctuations when milking high-performance cows.
In addition the teat cup easily positions itself in relation to the udder, avoiding drag during the early milking phase. The liner lip has been made very flexible decreasing harmful air admission and liner slip immediately after attachment.
Also unintended air admission at the end of milking, when the udder and teats are relaxed, is reduced.
All these features reduce air loss, increase vacuum stability and provide increased milking performance for all types of cows.
The UNIFLEX rubber liner is made from a new rubber material complying with new demands for the low emission of aromatic amines and plasticizers into the milk. The low content of plasticizers also decreases the risk of allergic reactions.
A special claw is also made for external rotary milking parlours ensuring the milkline is guided quickly towards the floor to avoid strain on the udder.
The claw is designed to be easily operated with either the left or right hand.
This special design makes it possible to hold the claw with straight wrists minimising operator load.
Claw shape and 360 ml minimum volume ensures stable vacuum with no risk of "Crossflow teat wash".
Specially designed claws are made for milking between the rear legs in 60°and SBS plants.
The cluster meets the SAC motto: "what can be done for the cow, the milk and the operator – must be done"
